Stocks and Options
In my rollover IRA and several brokerage accounts, I purchase shares of individual companies and LEAPS. LEAP stands for Long-term anticipation securities and are publicly traded options contracts with expiration dates that are longer than one year.
I started my LEAP journey in the winter of 2020 and boy has it been a wild ride! I like a focused portfolio where I invest in a small number of ETFs, and certain companies that have strong fundamentals when the technicals and market give an indication it is time.

Mobile and Manufactured Homes are the new wave in investing. Well, new to some! Did you know that Warren Buffest company Calyton Homes is the biggest mobile home manufacturer in the U.S.? More than being an excellent way to diversify your portfolio, MHs are a preferred housing alternative and consistently provide affordable housing to communities across America.
It is a long-established fact that the traditional housing market is flawed and has kept a large number of Americans from participating over time. MHs are a way to level the playing field and offer a family a safe and comfortbale place to live for far less than they would pay for a single family home.

In high school, an English teacher told us about the importance of having a "book of terms" a knowledge bank that you build up over time that supports your learning and helps you grow into a well versed, well read and learned individual. I took that to heart then and now! Over time, I create notes and process flows for myself to help document my investing journey. One day I will turn this over to my daughter, shoutout LMM! But for now, feel free to use my journey to your advantage.
